REFUND POLICY

At Her Chaos Club, we stand behind what we make. Whether something arrived wrong, didn't hold up, or you're just not happy with your order for any reason — reach out within 30 days of delivery and we'll work with you to make it right.

Depending on the circumstances, we may offer one or more of the following:

- A replacement product

- An exchange

- Store credit

- A partial refund

- A full refund

This applies whether the item was sent incorrectly, arrived damaged or defective, or you're simply not happy with your purchase — just tell us what's going on.

Because every product is made to order, we generally don't require you to send anything back before we process an approved refund, replacement, or exchange.

Refund requests must be made within 30 days of delivery.

To request a refund, contact us at support@herchaosclub.com with your order number, a quick description of what went wrong, and a photo of the product (and packaging too, if it arrived damaged).

If you're located in the EU or EEA, you also have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery, in line with applicable consumer protection law.
