REFUND POLICY

At Her Chaos Club, we stand behind what we make. If something arrived wrong or didn't hold up like it should, we'll fix it — no hassle, no questions.

If you're not completely happy with your order for any other reason, reach out within 30 days of delivery and we'll work with you to make it right.

We offer refunds, replacements, or exchanges for:

• Items that were sent incorrectly
• Damaged or defective products
• General dissatisfaction with your purchase — just tell us what's going on

Because every product is made to order, we generally don't require you to send anything back before we process your refund, replacement, or exchange.

Refund requests must be made within 30 days of the purchase date.

To request a refund, contact us at support@herchaosclub.com with your order number, a quick description of what went wrong, and a photo of the product (and packaging too, if it arrived damaged).

If you're located in the EU or EEA, you also have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days, in line with applicable consumer protection law.
