Welcome to Her Chaos Club. We're here to sell you a shirt that actually works — and to make sure you're happy when it arrives.
The terms "we," "us," and "our" refer to Her Chaos Club. We operate this store and website to provide you with a straightforward shopping experience (the "Services"). We're powered by Shopify, which handles the behind-the-scenes stuff so we can focus on making good products.
These Terms of Service describe your rights and responsibilities when you use our Services. They include important legal information, warranty details, and our liability limits.
By using our Services, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree with either, don't use the store.
SECTION 1 - ACCESS AND ACCOUNT
By using these Services, you confirm that you're old enough to buy things where you live, and if you're letting your kids use our site on your device, that's on you to monitor.
We might ask for your email, billing info, shipping address, and payment details. You promise all of that is correct and current, and that you have the right to provide it.
Your account is yours alone. Keep your login secure. Don't share it, sell it, or let someone else use it.

We try to show you accurate pictures of what we're selling. But colors might look different on your screen depending on your device and settings — that's just how screens work.
We don't guarantee that what shows up on your doorstep will look exactly like what's on your screen. All product descriptions can change anytime without notice. We can also discontinue products or limit quantities whenever we want.
SECTION 3 - ORDERS
When you place an order, you're making an offer. We can accept or decline it, no reason needed. Your order isn't confirmed until we confirm it. We have to process your payment first.
Double-check your order before you submit it — once we accept it, cancellations are basically not happening.
Your purchases are covered by our Refund Policy. You're buying for personal use, not to resell.
SECTION 4 - PRICES AND BILLING
Prices change without notice. The price you pay is whatever it says when you check out. Taxes, shipping, and any other fees are added on top unless we say otherwise.
Prices online might differ from physical stores or other sellers. Sometimes we run promotions with their own terms — if there's a conflict, the promotion terms win.
You agree to give us current, complete, and accurate payment info. Update your account if anything changes. You promise your credit card info is real, you're authorized to use it, your bank will honor the charges, and you'll pay what we bill you — including shipping, taxes, and all that.
SECTION 5 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Shipping takes time. We're not responsible for delays from carriers, customs, or anything outside our control. Once we hand your package to the carrier, it's yours to worry about — that's where liability passes to you.
Delivery dates are estimates only. They're not guaranteed.
SECTION 6 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Everything on our site — the designs, the text, the images, the whole thing — is ours or licensed to us and protected by law. You can't copy it, distribute it, modify it, or use it without our permission.
Our trademarks, logos, and brand names are ours. Don't use them without asking.

Sometimes we link to other websites or use tools from other companies. We don't control them, don't monitor them, and aren't responsible for them. If you click through and something goes wrong, that's on the other site, not us.

Our site runs on Shopify. But your purchases are made directly with Her Chaos Club, not Shopify. Shopify isn't responsible for anything that happens between you and us — no damages, no complaints, nothing. You release Shopify from all liability related to your purchases from us.
SECTION 9 - PRIVACY POLICY

Because Shopify hosts our site, they see what you do on it to help us run things better. Your info might be shared with Shopify and other companies, potentially in other countries, to provide you with services.
SECTION 10 - FEEDBACK
If you send us feedback, suggestions, reviews, or ideas, we own them. We can use them however we want, forever, without paying you anything. We don't have to keep it secret or respond to it.
You promise the feedback is yours, it doesn't violate anyone's rights, and you've disclosed if you were paid for it.
SECTION 11 - ERRORS AND CHANGES
If we mess up prices, descriptions, or availability, we can fix it anytime without warning — even after you ordered. We can cancel orders if something was wrong.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW, WE'RE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES — LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, REPLACEMENT COSTS, OR ANYTHING SIMILAR — WHETHER FROM BREACH, NEGLIGENCE, OR ANYTHING ELSE. THIS APPLIES EVEN IF WE KNEW IT COULD HAPPEN.

You agree to cover us (and Shopify) for any losses, damages, or claims — including lawyer fees — if you break these Terms, break laws, or violate someone's rights.
SECTION 17 - GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws where Her Chaos Club is headquartered. You agree to resolve any disputes in the courts there.
SECTION 18 - CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We can update these Terms anytime by posting changes on this page. Check back regularly. Your continued use means you accept the changes.
